Our History
Panjin Rester Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in the development and production of new macromolecule chlorinated polymer and a backbone enterprise of China’s CPE industry. The company is located in Panjin City Liaoning Province by scenic Red Beach of Bohai Sea and in the hinterland of Liaohe oilfield. Its traffic is quite convenient, which is 5 kilometers from Jing-Shen Expressway, 100 kilometers from Yingkou Port, 260 kilometers from Dalian Port.

Our Product
The company is specialized in the production of chlorinated polyethylene series products which have more than 20 models, including 3 series which are PVC toughness and impact of modified type (CPE 135A), rubber (CPE 135B), and flame retardant ABS products (CPE 135C). And it also produces new synthetic polymer materials–chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC).

Product Application
The products are widely used in PVC products such as profiles, pipes, and boards, rubber products such as wires and cables, rubber tubes, conveyor belt, weather strip, waterproof sheet material, magnetic materials and flame retardant ABS plastic injection products etc…

The production system, which has 80.000 tons annual production capacity, employs DCS automatic control to improve the quality of products and the control ability of safety production.
